The Rotary Club of St. Clairsville, Ohio is comprised of about 60 leading business and professional men and women who meet weekly at a luncheon to advance the interests of the St. Clairsville area, to keep informed on key world and local, political, economic and social issues, promote high ethical standards in all vocations and to serve the community and world through "Service Above Self".
